I am an American living in America and want to get a business visa for china, or an M-visa. If i apply for this visa in the US can I then go to another country and pick up the visa at an embassy in that country or can I receive the Visa digitally? basically if it will take several days to process my visa can i go to another country and still access it from that new country? When the visa is completed and picked up I assume it can be taken by a family member in the US and mailed to me in this other country. The place I will be in Hong Kong if that changes anything.
