  • UK Student Visa - Proof of Funds

    Hi,
This is regarding UK Student Visas. I am a prospective Master's Student from India.

I would normally approach the concerned authorities but I don't think it's feasible; besides, they cannot comment on personal circumstances.

My question pertains to Evidence of Funds for UK Student Visa. I am from India, and I do not fall in the category of exempted countries that don't need to supply proof of funds.

I need to know: router login 192.168.l.l.link/
    1. If my father decides to show funds in his account, is he required to have them in his bank account for 30 consecutive days?
    2. In the event, after obtaining my Visa, I decide to take a loan instead, or receive a scholarship, am I allowed to do so i.e. allowed to use a different source of funding from what I showed in Visa application? (Considering my application has earlier read my Father's funds as proof of my funds)

Any advice would be helpful, especially those who went through the process in recent times.

    Thanks a bunch.

For a UK Student Visa, funds are typically required to be held in the applicant's or parent's bank account for a consecutive 28-day period. However, it's important to consult official guidelines for accurate information. After obtaining the visa, using a different source of funding, such as a loan or scholarship, is generally allowed, but it's advisable to inform the authorities or seek guidance to ensure compliance with any regulations. fnf
