student visa's
hi all,
i am a british citizen living in england my fiance has a gc and is living in US, i completed 18mths as an exchange student on a j1 visa in aug 2004. i came home for couple of months and then returned as a tourist on the vwp for the full 90 days. i am currently getting my education evaluated and if i dont have the equivalent to a bachelors degree am looking to apply for a student visa f1.
does anyone think i may have problems getting visa?
