I am planning to apply for COS from H4 to F1. I want to know
1. My H4- stamping in my passport and corresponding i-94 attached to passport is expired. I applied for h4 extension and I received H4 extension(new I-797 and corresponding 1-94)document.
I want to know if I have to send the original I-94. If yes, do I have to send the expired i-94 which is attached in the passport or the new -i-94 or both? Or is it advisable to send the copy alone?
2. If my F1 gets rejected, will I get my i-94 back if i send the original?
