Hi,
I am us citizen. I already file petition for immigrtion in sibeling category for my brother (which will take long time) . Now my brother wants to apply for F1 visa.
My questions is , can i sponser his F1 visa from here. Do i need to show on the I 134 (affedevite of support ) form that i have applied for him in INS before. what is the chances that he will get F1 visa if i am sponsering him from here
