I am a final year mbbs student from osmania medical college,hyderabad,INDIA.
I got F1 visa for 10 months from march -december 2011 at texas university.I got an oppurtunity to do internships at very good colleges in u.s.a for the months of august and october.But they dont allow students on F1 visa.They allow only students on b1/b2 visitors visa.What should I do?can I change my status from F1 to b1 there in u.s during the month of august?will I get any bad remark for changing my status,for the next time I apply for visa.
