I've just finished my masters in computer science in may'10. I'm currently on OPT and working on the project since last two months. I've 3 pay-stubs ready. I'm planning to get my wife's F-2. She already had one rejection but at that time I was not working. So what is she be able to get F-2 this time? What is the scope for her to get F-2 on OPT?

She must mention her previous denial on the new application. It will unforunately affect the new Visa application.
She must have clear answers on what she intends to do while in the US, specially if she has a job back in India. Since she will not be able to work/study while in the US.This is my opinion and not legal advice. -
