Lost Passport with F1 Visa and I-94

Hello

I came to U.S.A in 2000 to sutdy my Bachelors and I lost my passport
with my F1 Visa and the I-94 card. I applied for my I-94 card replacement
and it was issued by INS. I also applied for a new passport to the
Indian Embassy in Washington DC and it was issued to me.

My problem is I do have a I-94 issued by INS and new passport without
a F1 Visa. I need to travel outside U.S. How can I get my F1 Visa in
the new passport.

Please advice.
