Transfer Pending my Trivalley University - Please advice
Hi All,
My husband entered USA in 2009 with a F2 visa (Dependent on F1 - student visa). Then we applied for his change of status to F1 with Trivalley university and it got approved in July 2010. But even before he could start attending his classes, someone told us that Trivalley university is not good and we applied for a transfer from this university, 3 months back. But, this university terminated his SEVIS, instead of transferring it to the new University. Now we had to apply for a reinstatement to F1 status. But, there has been no update from USCIS and more over, as you all know; that Trivalley got shut down. So, please let us know, what could be the best thing we can do now.
