Help with DS 160

My wife got a rejection for F2 visa. What should I write in the reason section of "Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa, been refused admission to the United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at the point of entry?"


Also, I am on F1, what should be the answer to following question and what should be my status?
"Do you have any immediate relatives, not including parents, in the United States?"

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I assume you are asking about your wife's form when she is re-applying for her Visa. She should answer yes and provide the reason she was given for denial. (Normally given in writing)
Also spouse section for immediate relatives should say F1 or Student.
