Traveling later than planned for F1 Visa

Hi,

I brother got a F1 visa to study in US. Unfornately he is unable to travel now and want’s to differ his program to Fall which starts in August/September. In case he travel in August will there be any problem as he will be having his Visa for over months than.

Please advice!
