Hello,
I am currently on an F-1 visa and plan on filing forms I-130 and I-485 together as I am in the US. I have a couple questions I was hoping that you could assist with;
1) If I file these forms together, do I need to send in passport style photos for both forms? Or can I submit just 1 set for both forms?
Do I need to fill out form G-325A for both forms?
Do I need to submit 2 copies of my marriage license?
2) The instructions for form I-485 say "when required submit a medical examination report and vaccination record". Do I need to send form I-693 with this form? Or will I be asked to submit it at a later date?
3) There is a section of the instructions that says "other basis for eligibility; attach copies of documents proving that you are eligible for the classification". What type of documents in particular?
4) Being on an F-1 visa, do I have a A#, an alien registration number or a non immigrant visa number? How do I find out which consulate where my visa was issued and the date it was issued?
