F1 visa stamping at Hyd (F2 TO F1)

Hi one of my friends came to usa on F2 visa 2 years back and after that she changed to F1. Now she is in last semester and have ONE credit hr.,ALSO graduating in MAY 2011, and getting convocation too. Now she wants to go back to India in APRIL for 2 weeks for her sister's marriage. So she needs to go for Visa stamping. Do you think if that is a problem because she is in last semester and has only 1 Credit hr? How can she convince the VO? Do you think that is a trouble??
