Traveling to India while OPT expired

Hi,

I want to visit India for some urgent reason. My OPT (initial 12 month) got expired on Feb10.

But I have applied for OPT extension and got the aknowledgement. But my case status is still in initial review. And my F1 visa is till Dec 2012.

I want to aware of all issues for my return.
Plz let me know all possible issues for my return?
