Hello,
I came to US on F1 Visato pursue MBA. Due to health probelm I took break from the school. I was bit delayed in submitting the letter from the doctor and my SEVIS was terminated. I am out of status now. I have applied for reinstatement in the month of december.
1. I have got an employer who is ready to sponsor me H1. In my case, I am
F1 out of status. Can the employer file H1 for me
2. I have got admission to another university to puruse MS in Computer Science and i am joining the university in Fall 2011. Till now I have not joined my old university and waiting for my reinstatement result. Could you please let me know what should i do - whether i should join my old university or wait for my reinstatement and join the new university in Fall 2011?
