Hi,
I am currently on H1 Visa. My brother has an F1 Visa. He has completed his Master's in Bio technology field. He is currently enrolling himself for another Master's course. The University is requiring him to produce financial evidence or Sponsor's financial evidence to approve his application and provide I20.
I am also in the process of applying for B2 visa for my in laws.
If I provide sponsorship evidence for my brother, do I need to mention that information in the Visa application process of my in laws(I-134, application process etc.). Do I need to mention that my brother is a dependent??
Can anyone please provide my proper guidance on this?
