COS to F1, How to have different status change dates

Hi,

I am filing COS to F1 status for me and F2 for my wife.

I would like to know how to have different status change end date for me and my wife

meaning i would like to have F1 status for two years(Until i finish my course) but at the same time, for my wife she should just be in F2 status till September 30 for her to move to H1B status and start working (She has a H1B Approved in 2012 quota)

I checked the I539 Form, it just have one filed saying "I/we request my/Our current or requested status be extended till"

Please suggest
