F1 Visa Stamping in India

Hi,

I have converted my status to H4 to F1 in Nov 2010. I enrolled to University of Northern Virginia. I have a plan to travel to India in Oct. But not sure if I am going to get stamping after the TVU Issue.

Did anyone from UNVA get the stamping done after Jan 2011? If so please let me know the details. I have heard from many of them that they are rejecting F1 visa for UNVA as it is not accredited. I knew one friend who got stamping in Nov. but that was before TVU issue. I desperately want to visit my parents. Please post your experience if any.
