DS-160 Do u have any other relatives at usa?

I am from Bangladesh, got full funding for my PhD. My wife is a green card holder (permanent resident) of USA. She got Green card in 2008 through Family Immigration as her father applied for. She stayed 4 months at USA in '08, since then she stays at Bangladesh 11 months and once she visits her parents there for 1 month per year . Now she is with me at Bangladesh. So, should I still click YES for immidiate relatives section in the DS-160? Or NO?

PS: Could I get visa interview related advice in this forum? Please, let me know.

i went there yesterday for student visa and i wasd refused bcos i said i have a friend there and moreover i come across the school through my friend...i dont knw abt family line

If your wife goes to the US as permanent resident (with green card) then you should answer yes. If she has abandoned her green card and visits her parents using a visa, you can answer no.
