My wife and I will go to usa soon with F1 and F2 visa. She has got a MBA degree in USA in 2002 and been working in USA for about 1 year. We are wondering if my wife enter the US with a F-2 visa, and get a job offer later, do she need to go back to my home country to get the H-1 visa? Or may she simply apply for status change within the US? And how to change her visa status?
