I have got admission in GMU for Fall 2011 for MS in CS and MS In INFS. I have got my 1-20 for MS in CS. I have paid my sevis fee.
In my passport(Indian)

Given Name: Vineeth Vasudevan
In my i-20 issued by mason
Surename: Vasudevan
First Name: Vineeth
While i was filling up the online form(DS - 160) on the US embassy site, how do i go about filling the SURNAME and FIRST NAME to avoid issues during interview. My apologies if i am posting at the wrong place. Any help in this matter would be highly appreciated. I am living in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
