Do you think its a problem, if the husband's 140 (GC) is approved and the wife is going for a F1 stamping?
is it a conflict that wife is going for Non-immigrant visa while the husband has filed for GC which indicates immigration intent?
Can this trigger questions in the mind of the Consular?
My wife's F1 is approved but is not stamped as she was on H4 when she came to this country - We are planning to go to India sometime this yr and HAVE to get F1 stamped on her passport.
Please let me know if you have any thoughts about it or heard about someone who was in a similar situation.
