DS-160 form

I am applying for F1 visa. I have some doubts while filling DS-160 form.

1.) I have yet not decided my residence in US. Can I give the address of my University when they ask for "Address where you will stay in US" in Travel Information section?

2.) In the same section they ask for "Person/ entity paying for your trip". My expenses will be covered partially by my own funds and my mother will sponsor me for the rest amount. So should I select Other Person in the list and give my mother's detail? If so what documents apart from Bank statement does she need to provide? She is not a US citizen so she does not need to fill I-134.

Yes as long as it is not a PO Box address.

You can mention your mother's name and she can write a plain paper letter stating that she will support your education.
