Hi this is Tillu,I went to US on H4 then cos to F1 on Nov 2009 m.s.Stratford univ,va.I came to India on Dec 2010,went for f1 visa stamping,got f1 denied VO gave me 221g blue form at chennai consulate indicating: h4 visa application.i am applying for divorce in India,i dont have any legal document from court still.still one more quarter left to complete course.at this point i need f1.what is best way i can do.h4 is not valid.my undergrad is B.Pharmacy.please help me.
