HI,
I am from Bangalore.I have a valid passport with a valid US student visa for my post graduation study .I have few queries:
1)second page of my passport contains a stamp that states
"EMIGRATION CHECK REQUIRED EXCEPT FOR BANGLADESH,PAKISTAN,ALL COUNTRIES IN EUROPE(except common wealth of independent state),NORTH AMERICA,JAPAN,NEW ZEALAND,AUSTRALIA,SOUTH KOREA,SOUTH AFRICA,SINGAPORE AND THAILAND."
i would be traveling to US by emirates with a transit at dubai interantional airport .will the above statement cause any problem??
2)if i ask for a reissue of passport with clear ECNR will i be issued a single passport booklet with visa and ecnr stated or should i carry two passport booklet with same number (old one with the visa and the new one with ecnr)???
