Would appreciate if you can help me out with my status change.
i came on F1 visa in 2009 & Graduated in dec 2010.now i am on OPT and got married 15-20 days ago.
My husband has a greencard since 4 years & he is waiting for his citiizenship.we are expecting his citizenship next year.
please guide me to proceed at this stage.
should i file my greencard at this time or should i file it after he became citizen?
i also have a question about my last name & middlename.
should i change my last name & middle name before filing my greencard or after changing my status from F1 to greencard?
