I am on f-1 student visa . my visa is about to expire this dec 2011 and im visiting india to renew my visa and im coming back next month . i got arrested for shoplifting couple years ago and i paid the court fines and also the community service. But that arrest is still on my record which will cause a visa denial. so im thinking about to not apply for new visa and just come back to us and finish my degree. so my question is , will they let me enter to us when they find out through fingerprint scanning that i was arrested ?? ( they do that fingerprint scanning at the port of entry when u enter us)
