H4 to F1 processing time

Hi,

I applied for H4 to F1 change of status on May last week. According to their website
They are almost finished with application sent in May right ... I still didnt get any updates. Am i missing something here. Doesnt that graph show the correct data or is it just an estimate.
Please help.

2 to 3 months is normal processing time for such applications.

Yes, I understand that. I am trying to track and see if there is any possibility I can receive this earlier. What does their graph mean? According to their graph, they are near to finish applications received in May right. Is that right?

I can't wait for 3 months. So, if i cant get in next week, I am planning to cancel this form and go to my country and get the stamping done. Please advice on this.
