I have a bald pic on my passport

i hv a bald pic on my passport and now i have hair.
Will it cause a problem??
And to what effect?

If you have had some surgery or treatment for real hair, it is advisable to carry a medical certificate about it. If it is just a wig, you can take it off if asked.
