I changed my status from H4 to F1 in Aug 2010,while in US. I graduated in may 2011.My OPT EAD is valid from june 2011-May 2012. Now its more than 60 days of unemployment since my OPT EAD was approved(Only 90 days of unemployment on OPT is allowed). If I am unable to find employment in next 30 days,my F1 visa will be out of status. Therefore, I am planning to change my status to H4 ASAP, for that i need to submit I539 form. I have some questions :
On my I-94 expiry date is given as valid till Duration of Status .
1)What expiry date should i mention on I539 for F1 visa?
2) On 10th sep my OPT will expire, should i mention this date?
Please someone kindly answer these questions?
