OPT Extn Not applied

Unfortunately, I didn't apply for OPT Extension. Now my OPT is expired and already done with 10 days.

I know this is a worst situation. Please help me with info...Can I apply for renewal (opt Extn) now. Please help me it is urgent.

Unfortunately you cannot apply in normal procedure.
If you can somehow prove that exceptional circumstances stopped you from applying, you may be able to do that. Consult an experienced lawyer for this.
If you have a job, the employer can certainly file H1 and if approved with change of status you can then start working for them.
