Hi All,
I am currently on F1 Visa which is valid until 2015. I have recently applied for an OPT after graduation and received an RFE for which I am yet to respond. I need to go to India at the end of this month and so, I was planning to reply to that RFE, go to India and wait there for the result. If
I don't get an approval for the OPT petition, can I apply for an I20 from another university, pay SEVIS fee again and come back on that I20 withough going through a VISA interview as I have my F1 VISA valid until 2015??? Can you please respond to this question ASAP.
