Basic Information Regardig Student Visa

Hello Friends,

Can any one answer these please..

1. For how many years TOEFL exam valid ... ?
2. If we reject student visa, shall we apply again in how many days..?
3. Am from Electronics background with 58% with 25 backlogs, but am too much interested in computers only even i have done few certificatiosn like JAVA from SUN and i have been developped some company websites officially.

And i would like to do Masters in Web Development, is there a chance that i can convenience VO by saying my situation..?

4. I - 20 is very easy for me, as i can show all my works to them and even some recomandations about my works

1)Toefl Exam Is valid for 2 Years.
2)If your Visa is rejected you can re-apply for visa after 3months of your rejected interview date.
3) If can get an admission from Good reputed university , I think you can convince VO By telling that You are Certified Professional( this is a plus point for you).

We really don't know how a Visa is issued. My only suggestion for you is Get an admission in good reputed university and apply for an early visa interview.(i.e if you want to go for Fall apply for visa in Jun 1st week, if you are applying for spring go for a visa interview in Oct or Nov 1st week ).
This increases the chance for getting a visa.

Friend i have one more doubt,

- if i got I-20 from some xxxxxxx college. suppose if i rejected visa due to some financial issues or some thing, as you told we can apply again after 3 months....! shall we use this same I-20 again to the interview.
- If not, shall we apply for i-20 to the same college again.. ?
- One more suggestion, applying i-20 for 1 college is enough if its approved or we need to apply for 2-3 for spare
