I applied for a student visa from Saudi Arabia as my father works here and i can show the bank statments and salary statment of his accounts in saudi .
My student visa got rejected saying i don't have strong ties with Saudi Arabia as i am a resident here and not a citizen .
He also said an immigration petition is filled so he can not understand why i am aplpying for a student visa .
My mom is a Legal permanent Reident of U.S. and she filed me under F2B category .
My question is shall i cancel my immigration filled and apply again or else try it from my home country INDIA
If i apply from india will the salary stament and bank statment will be valid of saudi or not .
