Hi,
I completed my Masters in Dec 2009 and my OPT started in March 2010. I terminated my OPT in August 2010 and started my PhD. I am planning to discontinue my PhD and graduate with another Masters now. I had an offer but couldn’t make it through the 2012 H1B quota. Is there a way if I can register for OPT again since I had used only 5 months of OPT earlier or is there any other visa I can apply for to start working till I switch to H1b for the next fiscal year.
