Reinstatement to f1 after almost a year.

Greetings
Please can anyone advise me on if i can get reinstated to full F1 status after abandoning school for almost a year?
I left school because i got married to a USA citizen and thing did not work out after i moved in with her.
Immigration wants me out of the country but i am trying to file a REINSTATEMENT .
Please is anyone on here who has gone thru something similar?
What are my chances of getting reinstated?
Please it is urgent.
