Help me regarding f2...

Hi All,

I am on F1 visa and currently working on OPT.
I have a very important question regarding my Wife's dependent visa.
We applied for dependent visa ie F2 and were rejected twice.
First time ,in july'11, visa officer did not see any document but said that he is not satisfied with her financial support.
He asked only 2 questions ie when u got married and what will you do in usa?

Second time, in august'11 ,VO asked same questions without asking for any document.
He said tell your husband to apply for H1 and then apply for h4.

I tried for H1B in NOV 11 (delayed due to delay in client letter) but unfortunately the quota got exhausted quite unexpectedly fast.

I see only 2 options...
1) Either wait till april'12 and apply for my H1B and her H4...or
2) Apply for visitor visa now for time being ....or
Kindly suggest me what should I do ?

Unfortunately you have to wait for the H1.
Since F2 was denied twice because of immigrant intent and B2 also requires non-immigrant intent, it is highly likely that B2 will be denied too. But you can try though.
