i have applied for extension on my M1 visa status.
My visa status is going to be expire on ,and i filled my case for extension on oct 4th. I got letter for USA i today,they are asking some more evidences ,like who am going to pay my tuition fees,and why i need an extension.
Actually i am enrolled in AAS two year degree program,and i got my change of status from B2 to M1 for one year from jan11,2010 to jan11,2011 .I have still one more year to complete my education.
I do not understand my USCIS asked about the explanation that why i need one year further extension .I maintained my M1 status very well,and earned good grades during 1st year.
Why they need evidence to explain about my extension .
