Hi All,
Please help...!!!
I went to the Visa interview on 30th Dec 2011,
I applied for F1 visa for the Northwestern Polytechnic University (Applied through my friend in US as I had every less time, I found that their deadline was dec 1st for Spring'12).
I have completed my graduation in 2009 and have been working in a small company since 2 years as a system admin.
The VO asked me why this university?
I told the exact reason, the major they were offering was the one I was looking for and they have this- Computing and Networking Services Organisation, where they do research on server administration and management, I explained everything and my interest in pursuing Master's.
Then the VO asked this Specific Question thrice for which I was clueless, "Which Educational Consultancy are you working for?"
I didn't understand it and had no idea, I even clarified that I work for this YYYY company and not for any educational consultancy, He said my system shows that you work for some educational consultancy and it would seldom show any error, It says you work for a education consultancy, Please tell me the name:
"I was stumped, couldn't understand even a bit of it, I said I'm really very sorry sir there might have been some mistake, but I don't work for any Educational Consultancy."
Then He gave me this 214(b) form and said I can't issue a visa this time.
Please help me in understanding his Question, Is there something wrong with the university I applied for? I'm unable to understand what went wrong? and where?.
I'm thinking of applying for a different university and to a state university this time, but I'm told that once we get rejected, they will have all my details. And when i reapply for visa, they will have all the details of the previous interview and there will be no change in the things,
I'm in deep dilemma, Please help me...!!!
