Community college I 20

I am planning a change of my current status from B1/B2 to F1, and I have an I 20 from a community college. My question is what are chances of getting approval on status change on an I 20 from a city college.

B1 to F1

i have consulted 6 lawyers about that. The bottom line is (according to the lawyers) is that USCIS have stopped processing shift of B1/B2 status to F1 since 1-2 years ago. That there is already a mandate passed about it and it would be futile to go through unless your're willing to go home in your country and apply there for F1 (which i don't advise). view my additional comments on raganvass's and jadanki.
