F1 to H1

Hi

I have come to USA on F1 visa. I have 4 years of experience (full time).

I am being contacted by employers for jobs as of this industry experience.

My current visa status is F1.

The employer has offered me for H1. What are the chances of it getting approved or rejected?
If it gets approved, I was planning to change the status of F1 to H1, but will it effect the future stampings?
