F1 Stamping from Muscat Oman

Hi have changed status my status from H4 to F1. I live in Musact Oman but got married in India so I got my H4 stamped in Delhi(India) as my family is still in muscat, my sister is getting married in muscat and I am planning to go to muscat as I changed my status from H4 to F1 I dont have F1 stamping on my Passport. If I go to Muscat(Oman) i have to get my F1 stamped in order to come back to States.
My question is can I get my F1 stamping from Muscat Oman or I have to go to India to get it stamped. As i am going for short period.
