F1 visa renewal

Hi all,
I had attended visa interview at chennai consulate for F1 visa renewal. I was given a pink slip and i sent the reponses, CV and invitation letter on the next day itself. It has been one week but the website still showing "send information" and not "pending process".
Is the status change in the website for 221 g usually take more than a week ? I am worried mainly because if the documents have not reached, then it would further delay the process. Please help me if anyone faced similar situation.

It should take anywhere between 1 week to 3-4 weeks.

I hope you mean it would take 1 to 3-4 weeks after i receive my documents for the status to change from "send information" to "pending process"

It would take up to 4 weeks for you to receive the Visa.

Hi

It has been more than 10 days i have sent all the documents but still the website showing "send information" and it was not changed to "pending process". I have checked several times through vfs that my documents reached the consulate or not, but no reply either. any clue?
