Date of entry to the US.
Hi,
I have obtained my visa and am planning to book my tickets for travel to the US. My question is, my I-20 says that I should report to the college no later than August 15th, but my college actually starts on August 22nd. I cannot book tickets for a date earlier than 30 days prior to the start date of college. So will July 19th be ok? I mean do they check your I-20 or is there any means by which they know the start date of the college?
