Hi,
Can I apply for COS to F1 again from the same college (where I'm continuing my education on H4) even if I have only 18 credits left? I know I can continue my education on H4 but I want to avail OPT after completing my Masters.
Just for reference, I had abandoned my prior F1 status when I visited my home country. I applied for F1 stamping but was denied so entered via my valid H4 status.
