I am filling DS-160 for my daughter for F1 Visa.
I have a problem with the question that says "Has anyone filed an immigrant petition on your behalf"
My father has filed immigration petition for me, I am the principal beneficiary/applicant. F3 preference. My daughter is listed as dependent, the GC status will also benefit her. She is 18 years old.
Do I answer yes or no to the question?
