spelling of name is change in student life and travel life

I am in my home country applying for student visa for usa.

the issue is ... the spelling used in my name throughout my student life in my home country is little bit different than spelling used in passport, earlier visit visas etc. ..... same name but just spelling is little different.

what should i do now? any advice in easy and simple words.
