provisional certificate must for F1 interview?

I am currently pursuing my Under Graduation and my final semester exams run till the 5th June. I will not get my provisional certificates before 15th July.
However I have been admitted into the University of Cincinnati and I'm required to be there on 16th August.
Can I attend the Visa interview with my course completion certificate and the mark sheets of all previous semesters?

That is fine. Concentrate on why this school, why this program, what will you do after studying, what ties you to your home country, how will you pay for this etc.
