    F-1 Visa Renewal at Canada

    I have been in the US for 6 years now. I'm on an f-1 visa which expired in 2010 My current i-20 expires in 2014.

    Would it be a good idea to try to have it renewed at canada? I do have to travel to asia sometime soon but scared my visa renewal might be rejected.

    I am married to a US citizen since 2011 but haven't applied for my gc yet.

    I'd appreciate some advice.
