Hello,
this is my first time here, so i am not quite sure how the whole
thing works.
let me start right off. i am an international student in colorado. i
finished one semester in MSCD. i had a sponsor who was paying for all
my expenses, but as of now it looks like his company is going under
and he will have to sell it, which means he won't be able to support
me any longer.
i've read about all possible ways i can get off-campus employment,
but it seems that there aren't many. one of them is off-campus
employment because of economic necessity. i was wondering if my case
fits this category.
as for curricular practical training, when/if i can get it and then
work for a year or so, will it really affect my chances of being
eligible for optional practical training? and then switching to the
actual work visa eventually?
looking to learn, dima
